We're the BookingsGuru team and we look after the out of hours lettings at Kingswood Academy on behalf of the Robertson Facilities Management.

Robertson Facilities Management offers a fully managed community hire service available for schools, community venues, local authorities and education partnerships. They provide the team who make sure that local facilities are available to hire out and that they remain at the heart of the community.
They work with venues to open these facilities out-of-hours, leading to wider use of the facilities by local groups and individuals, and promoting improved integration between the venue and the day-to-day life of the community.

BookingsGuru are a service provider, running the administration for after school lettings on behalf of schools and Company's like Robertson Facilities Management. We are your first point of contact for hiring the venue and ongoing liaison once you are booked in.

The BookingsGuru office is open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday throughout the year. We are closed on Bank holidays.
Kingswood is available to hire 17:30-20:30 Tuesday & Thursday only and Closed Friday-Sunday.
Please note Kingswood Academy is not available for hire on Fridays or Bank Holidays.
